I came in for an appointment for my very first oil change and tire rotation, and Alejandra was the one who took care of me! I am still very new to having a car and how getting maintenance done works, and had alot of questions about the condition of my car and what is and isn't normal and she kindly answered every question i had very thorougly! I also had free services for my car that i didnt even know i had or how they worked and she explained it to me all very clearly and gave me a detailed timeline of when to come in next to get make sure I can make most use of them. I went in feeling somewhat confused and nervous but left feeling confident I had the knowledge I needed to keep my cars maintenance affordable and up to date, and that i found a great dealership to come to for getting it done!

We have purchased a total of 17 cars from Parks Toyota over the last 10 years. The dealership is very accommodating to my wishes and I have enjoyed the employees I’ve worked with. They always go the extra mile to earn my business. My newest car Didn’t have a garage door opener as I forgot about that feature. They took care of it the next day by ordering me a new mirror with one in it. The sales manager Courtney is wonderful! My sales person this time was Gina her follow up and car instruction has been amazing! It’s almost like she’s a second daughter!!
